I got a new 15" MacBook Pro with 460 GPU and I downloaded AC syndicate. I'm gonna have to test it out some myself but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the best graphics settings are.

I've never gamed with boot camp before so I'm new to this.

Much appreciated

I would recommend starting at 1920x1080 resolution and medium settings. If it runs smoothly then you can try setting things on high and see how it runs.

According to Notebookcheck's review of the Radeon Pro460 (scroll down on their review to see the gaming results) it seems like a lot of major games (Battlefield 1, Witcher 3, Dishonored 2, etc.) run at around 30 fps at medium settings. Some less demanding games will be able to be set on high settings.

Keep in mind that the 15" MBP isn't a designed as a gaming machine. It will still be able to run plenty of games at decent settings, but it's GPU is more meant for OpenCL/Metal work then gaming. Gaming won't hurt the machine at all, I'm just saying to have tempered expectations.
2015 13" rMBP: i5 5257U @ 2.7 GHz || Intel Iris 6100 || 8 GB LPDDR3 1866 || 256 GB SSD || macOS Sierra
Gaming Build: R5 1600 @ 3.9 GHz || Asus GTX 1070 8 GB || 16 GB DDR4 3000 || 960 Evo NVMe, 1 TB FireCuda || Win10 Pro
Other: Dell OptiPlex 3040 as VMware host || QNAP TS-228 NAS || iPhone 6S 64GB

Thanks! That's basically the answer I was looking for. I know it's not a gaming machine, and I don't mind not being able to run things on the highest settings. It's just an occasional pastime.

Just thought I'd mention that it runs flawlessly even on highest settings.

My wife's 15" Macbook Pro runs Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare on the highest settings.  It's a neat little machine.
