Great news.

I really must hurry up and get back to finishing the last one, it really was pretty good once they fixed a few performance issues with certain graphics settings I just got side tracked with other games.

I gotta try the first one again as well, I couldn't get it to run decently, last time I tried on my Retina MBP.

Once you start to upgrade Wang, it starts to get so much more fun.

End of OpenGL improvements/current state of Metal strikes again?

Not sure why Linux would be effected though....

That could just be a bit of caution where the other versions are secondary to the primary Windows release and perhaps they don't want to pre-sell those if they are thinking they may need to release after the Windows version or know it at this point. If you are wondering and want this game a lot, it never hurts to drop the company a line to ask about status given what you saw.

Could simply be a case of them focusing on a single (non-console) platform first to finish development and then porting the game to Mac and Linux later. The development team is relatively small and supporting several platforms is a lot of work.

I saw that and felt pissed off actually. I hate that kind of crap. I am not buying games that have not released and been reviewed most especially by other gamers and no amount of exclusive crap that should be in the game but is instead used to lure people in is going to change that. As such, it doesn't make the wish list until and if they make that thing part of a complete bundle two years from now for 10 bucks. That's my wallet vote.

I will admit this is easy for me and it is getting easier and easier with the passage of time which I lack while having tons of games I already own to play and an MMO addiction to feed.

I consider it a real shame that perpetuates this when consumers keep taking the bait instead of refusing it but that's just one grumpy old man's point of view I guess. I have no delusions about anything changing but I'm not gonna take it.

Even Azeroth's greatest heroes need the occasional coffee break between quests and demon killing sprees. You should be helping me!

Who said anything about mankind? We are Orcs, Trolls, Forsaken, Tauren and some lesser races, none of which are human. Mankind are despicable Alliance scum and the only reason some of them are being saved is because we need them for cannon fodder vs the Burning Legion's countless demons. Otherwise, we'd be the righteous ones seeking to make them extinct along with their gnomes, dwarfs, space goats and other horrible abominations that are a blight upon the face of Azeroth.
