Unfortunately no.

You can run some of them in an emulator though. Check out the Dolphin emulator.

Dolphin is great. But you should definitely check out the Nintendo Wii U and 3DS. Both are amazing systems with a vast library of exclusive games.

Yes, there is. The Legend of Zelda: Mystery of Solarus. While copyrighted by Nintendo, it's released under GNU GPL license.
