I see Tropico 5 is on sale at MGS right now.

Does anyone have this? How is the Mac performance. Tropico 4 runs right as rain for me but that's by Feral. This looks like a 1st party Mac port but my googlefu fails me and I can't find any info on how the Mac port runs.

It's not much, but maybe it helps:
Mac Gamer HQ has a short video of 'Tropico 5' running on a late 2012 iMac.

Yeah, I have a late 2012 iMac (paid for extra graphics RAM, though 256M -> 512M! Dizzying! )

Tropico 5 runs great on my machine. I kind of played the heck out of 4, but it was still a fun update. For me, an "on sale" game, though, since it's not THAT much different from 4.
I left my heart in Port Montyhaul.
