So I was browsing through the Nethergate Resurrection instructions (the popsnizzle people do when they are up with a sick kid amirite?!) and I noticed right next to my name a name that looks vaguely familiar. Frost

Is that Frost Frost directly next to my name. Because that would be a little bit creepy. A little bit creepy indeed.

Considering you know that's me since you've got my name and mailing address, I'd say you...

<puts on sunglasses>

Failed the test.

YEAHHHHHHHHH!!!!

That is indeed. You'll find me on a few of Jeff's other games too (although Nethergate was by far my favorite). I think Avernum 3 was the last one I was on.

EDIT: Wait, no, Avadon was the last one. I actually quite enjoyed Avadon, although I did not have enough time to play it to finish. I felt terribly guilty about not doing much work on it until the beta test was already past so I never volunteered for another.

When there's a multiplayer version, I'm going to be on Frost's team. Well, except he doesn't seem to actually need a team...I mean, what's the point? "Hey look, it's Frost and His Merry Gang of Useless Hangers-On!" Or something.

Do I know it, Do I? I've met a lot of Niks in my day. Nikolas, Georgios, Konstantinos, damn greeks and their version of John Smith.

I just found it a little coincidental that our names are directly next to each other in a beta test credit and then years later unrelated I mailed you a dickbutt.........eerrr i mean book.

I used to be so excited to be in a beta.

Then after a few I realized that being in beta ruined the endgame for me.

So I stopped.

Now I'm excited to be blissfully ignorant when getting a new game.
