I'm having trouble getting da3 to launch under boot camp on my late 2013 27inch imac. When I launch it says my video card drivers are out of date,  but the nvidia tool says they are up to date. The card is a 775m

Wrong forum. That is weird, try using steam to check if your drivers are updated.
Maybe it really is all cocks in the end.

oops! sorry about the wrong forum.  I have used the Geforce experience software for firmware updates and it says it's up to date at version 332.28.  Checking the "beta drivers" box also shows that it's up to date.  When I try to Launch DA3 the message says " detected drivers 332.28, drivers 340.52 or later are required..."  Contacting EA support was no help, I'm going to try and contact NVidia support today.  Thanks in advanced for any help.

yep, manually installing worked!  Sorry for the newbish behavior, i did do a fair amount of googling on the subject, but i always included my video card, the 775m, in the searches.  Info on that card is non existent, not even on nvidia's website.  It's not listed as compatible with the firmware i loaded, but it still worked.  DA3 is running happily now.

That is interesting that 344.75 WHQL doesn't list the 775M only the 770M and the 780M. Was the 775M some sort of we only made it for apple so we don't include list it as comparable with the reference drivers deal?

Yes, that is commonly what happens. It might have a different clocking mechanism etc because of the more compact design of Apple's iMacs and laptops.

I was really tempted to answer with "i see you problem... its a game by Biofail, in their worst series ever..."... but that would not have been helpful.

Glad you got it worked out.
