Does anyone know where if at all I can find the map editor and/or custom maps to download for the Mac version of Company of Heroes?

Welcome to IMG forums.

The CoH (and most other) editors are not available for OSX. Sorry.

To answer your other question: One of the biggest repositories for CoH files is here ... http://companyofheroes.filefront.com

Thanks Davey. I saw that map site and downloaded maps, but I do not know where to put the .sga file once it is downloaded. I opened up COH in my mac, but I can not seem to find a place where the maps are. Can you help?

No no no.  You are a moderator now!  You don't ask "The Steam version?" like you are Oliver Twist timidly asking for more gruel.  You puff up your hairy chest and you bellow "THE STEAM VERSION!"

Not the Steam version. The standalone download from the Mac store.
