Frictional Games, developer of the Penumbra survival horror series and Amnesia: The Dark Descent, has added a new "super secret project" to the In Development section of its website. The company has also unveiled a cryptic new web page to tease the upcoming game, in the same way they generated interest for Amnesia.

Well, when you put the picture together (pieced it together in Photoshop as the background image on the page has all the parts of the words they just need to be put back together), it says...

COGITO ERGO SUM

This means "I Think Therefore I Am" in Latin. Interesting.

I always thought it was "Bibo ergo sum."

The original phrase has changed much over the ages.  In the time of the ancients it was, "Cogito eggo sum".  I think, therefore, I am a waffle.

Look's like we're dealing with an incredibly messed up machine that can see into the future. The way the scientist sees herself on the machine's display and falling off the chair (but not die) startles her enough to panic, call for a shut down and quarantine the whole room. I think this machine wants to kill us.
