I don't know if there is anyone who still believed in it, but just three years after the announcement, Red Orchestra is now available for Mac on Steam. And it's even on sale. And part of a Humble Bundle together with Killing Floor and Red Orchestra 2 (which is still only for Windows).

Holy crap! I bought that for Bootcamp, and now am getting it. Huzzah!

Odd, buying the franchise pack buys two games you can't play, but is still almost $5 cheaper at $5.24 than buying the individual RO game for OSX alone. Bundle it is, then.

When there's a multiplayer version, I'm going to be on Frost's team. Well, except he doesn't seem to actually need a team...I mean, what's the point? "Hey look, it's Frost and His Merry Gang of Useless Hangers-On!" Or something.

The graphics are a bit dated and the best resolution you can get is 1900x12XX, but there are always 10+ servers pretty full to play on. Worth the few dollars if you're into online shooters.

Yup. I never played it much, though, because it ran like arse on my Mac back then and wasn't very playable (the maps were either much more complex than the original UT2k4 ones or not well built). But it was definitely one of the most ambitious UT mods I knew.
