Basically I played all the characters like I did Mordecai. I scout an area taking out as much as I can with the sniper rifle from a safe location. When they get too close I start cleaning them out with the pistol. If I'm charged and am being overrun I switch to shotgun and melee. If I get into trouble with low health and shields I use my action skill. I patrol with a medium range automatic weapon in case I'm surprised or ambushed so I can put a lot of lead downrange in a hurry.
What games are people playing these days!?

I've been playing some Costume Quest lately, quite like it, a light-hearted casual action-RPG from Double Fine. I think I just love Tim Schafer and his gang. DF always deliver nice little games with good humour, recognizable art direction and great gameplay. Their games feel a little bit like an American version of typical Nintendo games, if that makes any sense. Unique stuff.

When there's a multiplayer version, I'm going to be on Frost's team. Well, except he doesn't seem to actually need a team...I mean, what's the point? "Hey look, it's Frost and His Merry Gang of Useless Hangers-On!" Or something.

I have to finally finish Uncharted 2 + 3 before I even think about The Last Of Us. :-)

I still keep hearing all about this "UNCHARTED" .... I've gotta put that on my wishlist or somethin.
I haven't been playing anything lately
Buried in a Cool New Feature™ for MGS, and remodeling my whole downstairs... I've basically been on full work load for 16 hours a day for two weeks straight. Well, I finally finished the remodel today, so now I can focus on that new Feature™ for this week while I have relatives visiting (OH FRICKEN JOY).
Still no time to blast away at games
I envy you guys. You ALL SUCK!

Picked up Baldur's Gate:EE and Witcher 2 thanks to the Beamdog and Steam sales on those items. Witcher 2 will have to wait until I finish Witcher 1, but I made the mistake of rolling up a character in Baldur's Gate. Now both Witchers will have to wait until I finish BG (again) and I remember why this game ate up so much of my life 15+ years ago.

Yup, BG is something of the best ever. It is my favorite game, tied with Ocarina of Time. And for that reason I haven't bought it for Mac yet, only iPad, so I don't get into the same situation as you.
Im a bit scared of all the Infinity Engine like games I supported on Kickstarter though... So much RPG time potentially to waste my life with!

And now, time for some Legend of Zelda.

I finished my first XCOM playthrough on the weekend, but now I have to take a break from that game after it decided to annoy the heck out of me in the very last random mission before the Temple Ship Assault. A seemingly simple UFO landing, where I was attacked in the control room by 6 Heavy Floaters, 7 or 8 Muton Elites and an Ethereal – at the same time, from three directions and only a bloody console and a flimsy rail to provide cover.
If I had been playing on Ironman, I would have lost all of my best soldiers and the single psi capable soldier the game generously granted me in a single turn.
Now I'm back to Borderlands 2, where I still have to finish the Mr. Torgue and Sir Hammerlock DLCs.
