Was driving around in Need For Speed Most Wanted last night, and I discovered that Teflon's name was popping up over some of the radar traps and cars, despite me and him not being friends on Origin. Thought it would be nice if some fellow IMG's could connect on Origin for when we are playing Battlefield 3, or Need for Speed Most Wanted.

I have it on PS3, and I think part of Origin's jig is to steal as much data about you as possible, network you whether you want to be or not, and generally be somewhat invasive.
I have two accounts on Origin. teflon6678 is the one tied to my PS3 games, whilst I somehow ended up with a second account on PC, which I changed to teflon6679.
Annoyingly EA won't merge my two accounts.

Fairly certain that every EA game requires an origin account now. It even wants me to make one for FIFA 13 on my iPhone

Hahaha, yeah, I had bought a game once (cant recall the name now... uhhhhhhh.... uhhh...) but it had me install and setup origin and I was of the mind "had I known this ahead of time, I wouldn't have bought it". I had bought it from steam on PC, and steam is kind of notorious for leaving out key info like that at times

personally I don't mind the occasional Battlefield 3 game, and the Mass Effect Series was very good. Their newest Need For Speed is also very fun. And the FIFA games are amazing if you like soccer

Sadly I will only buy Mass Effect 3 once it reaches steam. I will never 'buy' games through Origin. I will USE origin to launch my damned game... but buy? hell no. I don't care what game it is, I won't buy it if its only available in Origin. This goes for GameAgent too and Deliver2Mac.
I only buy from big game services that cover many publishers and games. Not just some weh-weh-mine-only-service.
