I've been watching this at amazon.com (was available for pre-order for months). First there was a message that said it would be available in December for Mac/PC; now the link's gone altogether!
Does anyone know what the deal is--has it been delayed, or cancelled?

Amazon Germany says the PC version is coming March 2013.
