If you find any of my prices unreasonable, feel free to let me know and give me a source. I chose the prices by a quick check  of "completed listings" on eBay. I want to sell the above for a little bit cheaper than what you'd have to pay going to eBay to get it--that's the point! The point isn't to rip anyone off, so please let me know if anything is unreasonable.

* For any games that are not the a standard DVD or Jewel Case (such as a "big box" item), please have some patience as I find you a box for shipping.

Specials:

* I will entertain any reasonable offer (and cut a great deal) for anyone offering to pick up the entire set.

* If you buy more than one, I will cut you a small deal. The more you buy, the more you save.

Aside from the fact that selling such items could be considered blasphemy among many IMG-Forum-Posters, that is a nice collection you have there. :)

If you don't get any takers, I suggest you throw out the boxes (first record any license codes of course), and store the disks in paper sleeves of a binder. They'll take up a fraction of the space.

You suggest that he throw out the boxes!? Once you do that, good luck getting a replacement if you ever find yourself wanting a "complete" copy. KEEP THE BOXES!

Definitely. My copies of The Bard's Tale, Wasteland or Elite wouldn't be worth anything without their boxes. Old games with boxes are simply more valuable. Especially your copies of Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior will find a collector who wants them.

Strongly agree! As others confirm, it'll definitely get you a much better price.  If you eBay any, just stick a reasonable (ie. realistic) reserve price on them & in the description, try to let folk know which games are PPC only (ie. incompatible with Intel Macs). GL!

I keep my boxes too.  If you are hurting for room then open them up and flatten them and store them on a back shelf.  I keep the game CDs near the computer.

Btw: $150 + shipping takes the entire collection. That's an insane deal.

Looks like I got PMs already. Will check them in a bit. I'd rather try to dump it all at once and just give a deal, rather than put in a lot of effort in this.

It's not totally about the space guys. :) That's some of it. Some of it is that I just don't game on the Mac anymore. Some of it is because half of these games run best with a PPC, older version of MOSX, or in MOS9 which I am also selling my beefed up PowerMac G4. Some of it is just needing to fatten my bank account.

No way am I discarding any boxes.

At my stage in life, having something be worth $10 instead of $5 because I kept the box is not even worth consideration. I'm out of shelf space, and 9 out of 10 games are never worth anything no matter how long you keep them, box or no box.

> No way am I discarding any boxes.
If you are already talking about selling them in the IMG forums then what's the big deal? If you can't sell some of the games, AND don't have room, AND can't face throwing them away, then just get rid of some of the boxes.

(Granted, there's a couple boxes I'll never get rid of.)

Damn that's tempting. But I won't have that kind dispensable cash for a few weeks........ I spent my personal allotment on Lego LOTR and Halo 4.

I'm about to list it all via Amazon. Tell you what:

$119 SHIPPED takes this. eBay would have been $119 + shipping. That's as low as I'm going to go, as listening them separately through Amazon will fetch more than that, easily. Game collections rarely ever sell on eBay, no matter the price. It's just not the way to sell it.

Let me know if anyone wants to take me up on the offer, and gives me a time that they can commit to. Otherwise, I'll start selling via Amazon starting early next week.

I've put some of these on Amazon. I'm shocked for how much I can get for some of these titles...whew...good thing I caught that in time.

Check out the original list.
