Feral Interactive has unveiled the release of a new support site for its catalog of game titles. The new site features gameplay hints, game guides, and detailed instructions on downloading and installing updates for Feral's various offerings.

Gather round, Feralites, for we have a story to tell.

In the beginning, there was the Feral Interactive website, and it was good.

Then lo, the webmaster created a "support" page, where Feralites could read Freqently Asked Questions about their games and download the latest updates.

But it was not enough.

For the webmaster had a dream, and that dream was that the support page would grow into a support site, with gameplay hints, fun and informative guides, and detailed instructions on how to download and install updates.

And the webmaster assembled before him a group of followers, and under his guidance they built the Feral Support Site.

Behold, the Feral Support Site!
Check out the new site at the page below.

Maybe I missed it, but it would be useful to also include the patch change logs for each game in the support documents.

Some child support would be nice too.

What is a feral support site? Is that like a customer support site, except the CS Reps are all insane and rabid and try to eat you when you have a problem with the product?

When there's a multiplayer version, I'm going to be on Frost's team. Well, except he doesn't seem to actually need a team...I mean, what's the point? "Hey look, it's Frost and His Merry Gang of Useless Hangers-On!" Or something.

They will be added to the new system in due course.

However you do get given them just before you install the patch (in the popup message offering the patch to install), I know most people are so keen to update they sometimes skip the information and get to the installing. :)

People might be more willing to read if you tried using friendlier domesticated installers rather than sending out those feral ones.

Eh heh heh.
