Driver San Francisco was released and I bought it from macgamestore.com

They've also been advertising the game like crazy on this site for quite some time.

I can't even start the game! After two seconds of loading I get the message "Can not load the configuration. Please re-start the game."
I contacted support, but no response. I started a thread on the Ubisoft forum without response so far.

I was really looking forward to this. Weeks of waiting, $35, hours of slow download, and this? And not a support desk?

Did anyone else get the game yet?

If someone else has this problem, a user on another forum provided a solution:

After an hour of play - this game seems truly awesome.

Kind of a strange storyline so far, but graphics and gameplay 10/10.

I'm assuming this is a half-assed Cider port by Ubi?

Doesn't appear to be Cider but then neither were Splinter Cell Conviction, Assassins Creed 2 or Brotherhood. They have used Cider in the past with Prince of Persia releases though.

I've played this 5+ hours now, and it's a fantastic game. I can truly recommend it.
The storyline is a bit strange, but once you get into it it works well.

The graphics and gameplay that we've started seeing on the Mac the last year or so is great.

I now have a top 5 of favorites (in no particular order):

Batman Arkham Asylum
Call of Duty 4
Mafia II
Dirt 2
Driver SF
