Yeah as far as I can see neither of the Deathly Hallows games are available for Mac. EA didn't even wrap with cider them like they did with Order of The Phoenix or Half-Blood Prince which I know for sure are sold for play on the Mac.
The only Harry Potter games available to play on modern Macs especially those with Lion are those and Feral's LEGO Harry Potter years 1-4... they didn't bring "prisoner of azkaban" and "goblet of fire" to the mac officially either and the first two games aren't even intel compatible.
