Macgamestore.com has added the fourth episode of Beyond the Pillars' episodic role playing game, Winter Voices to its roster of downloadable games available for purchase. The episodic game follows the saga of a young heroine who, after the death of her father, must follow the mysterious voices of her unconscious mind to find the answers she seeks.

The motionless voyage…

The interior and exterior worlds are made of hidden things – some are magnificent, others are frightening – all of them, in some way, are worth discovering. Is it your new life that is starting, or your proximity to the river? As you descend the mountain on the road to the capital, your vision clears little by little. For the first time, you are able to face your past, as well as your future. What do they have in store for you?

Note: Winter Voices’ episodes are not playable as stand alone. Each episode must be installed and played in the following order: Prologue, Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 3, Episode 4.

Features:
  • New battle mechanics. Motionless Tactics, Skill Losses, Stealth, Puzzles... and much more.
  • "Pyre Princess" Mode can be activated (or not) in most battles.
  • A new way of traveling, very… peculiar!
  • Some places have now an interactive environment.
  • More NPCs than ever, among which are hidden key NPCs of the game universe.
  • Loads of new quests.
  • Major revelations.
  • Hens!
Requirements:
  • Intel Mac
  • MAC OS X 10.4 or later
  • Processor: 2 Ghz
  • RAM: 1024 MB
  • Graphics card: 256 MB
  • Requires the base game Winter Voices Prologue: Avalanche in order to play.
Winter Voices Episode 4 is available now for $4.95 (USD).

I have to remember to try out episode 1 at some point..
"They're everywhere!"

And now, time for some Legend of Zelda.
