Paradox Interactive released the Mac version of Cities In Motion on Steam a few days ago.

The game is a urban transportation system management simulator.  There are many different types of vehicles to run over land, sea, and air.  You can choose from different European cities to play in, and there's an editor to create your own.

The graphics are quite nice.  No demo yet, unfortunately, but you can check out one (or all) of the trailers here:
