Just announced: Star Trek DAC, the multiplayer shooter released in connection with the latest Star Trek movie earlier this year. While it's only $10, the game got pretty bad reviews, so it's hardly worth even that amount of money.

I downloaded the PS3 demo of this game a couple days ago. Mediocre is pretty much it... visuals are nice, audio is fantastic, gameplay is popsnizzle.

No, it's a top down arcade shooter in the vein of asteroids. Except minus the fun. It might have been a little more interesting if the areas you fight in weren't only about 15 Enterprise-lengths wide. You just get the ship turned around and you're bumping into a border again.
