Graphing/Chart Making App App for making charts up quickly

I'm in economics class right now and I'd love to be able to keep my notes digital but there are so many supply and demand charts/graphs to draw that i need to write notes by hand.

Is there any app that lets you draw a graph quickly with 2 axis, and then import the graph to the computer for use later? I need to be able to physically draw the graph - not input an equation that draws it. It isn't math class

Thats exactly what I was looking for. Its not an app for the Touch, but It'll do just fine on the MBP
