According to a broshure that came in the BioShock box, Feral is porting over Brothers in Arms: Double Time. Double Time includes Road to Hill 30 & Earned in Blood. Available Fall 2009 for $29.95. System requirements are: Mac OS 10.5.8, 1.8GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, and a 128MB video card.

I'm always a fan of having more shooters on the Mac :)

Thanks Feral! All of my Mac gaming money has been going to you lately. Keep up the good work!

1.8Ghz? well, that should be easy to handle by most G5s out there... Specially since its a Unreal 2.x engine game.
Polytetrafluoroethylene to my friends.

Macbook Pro - C2D 2.4Ghz / 4Gb RAM / WD Scorpio Black 320GB ( 255GB OSX v 42GB XP ) / Geforce 8600M GT 256Mb / 15.4"
Cube - G4 1.7Ghz 7448 / 1.5Gb RAM / Samsung Spinpoint 250GB / Geforce 6200 256Mb

We won! Apple offer the 17" with a matte screen! Well... at a price...

Seriously, I hope this game sells really well (so that the next legends title is something I might consider spending money on. BiA:DT? Oh, ick.)

Okay, now that this is basically official, I think it's safe to say that I saw hints for that already a few months ago.

However, since I don't see a sensible connection between BiA and the "Hokage" hint on Feral's "Upcoming" page, I guess we can assume that Feral has at least one other game up their sleeves.

I knew there was a reason I always felt an underlying unease while in Canada...

When there's a multiplayer version, I'm going to be on Frost's team. Well, except he doesn't seem to actually need a team...I mean, what's the point? "Hey look, it's Frost and His Merry Gang of Useless Hangers-On!" Or something.

No, Is kind of the other way around was on PS2, Windows and xbox first. "double time" name just happened to be the bundle name for the wii port too.

Yeah. I'm confused about the relationship between BiA and Hakage too. BiA may well be unrelated to Hokage. Edwin did say that Brad was working on a then unnamed project that was not the "Quite Soon" title on the website. That could make BiA Brad's first Feral title.

I'm quite happy with the game choice though since it was one of my suggestions in the Feral Legends request thread. ( http://www.insidemac.......st&p=367506 ) OS X could certainly use another recent take on WWII shooters other than CoD and certainly could use more tactical shooters. I'm wondering how Feral convinced Ubisoft to let them port it rather than Ubisoft porting it themselves with Cider. Maybe Ubisoft is now more friendly toward native ports, which could open the door for Beyond Good & Evil, Far Cry, Assassin's Creed or Tom Clancy titles coming natively either as Legends titles or perhaps timely ports for upcoming releases.

With both BiA and Bioshock being Unreal Engine 2.x games, does this make them easier to port to the Mac? I suppose with the modifications done to Unreal Engine 2.5 in Bioshock, the OpenGL path in UE2.5 was probably cut or was not updated to reflect all the enhancements, so it was probably closer to porting any other DirectX title. But for BiA, where the changes to Unreal Engine probably weren't as massive, does the OpenGL renderer still work so that it's more a process of changing any OS specific code and optimizing rather than rewriting the entire graphics pipeline?
