Hi,

I've been looking for the game "Atlas: the Gift of Aramai" for a while now. I have contacted the publisher (Freeverse), but they don't sell it anymore and they don't have any copies left. So I'm wondering if any of you have this game? If you do, may I buy it from you?

Welcome aboard. I'm moving this to the Buy and Sell forum. Good luck finding this game.

I bought it digitally from them, and I haven't played it since I beat it many years ago. Is their someway I could sell you my digital copy?

Will the DRM allow you to transfer the program to another computer? Some systems won't allow that, those that phone home and compare the system it was registered under. Rather than simply selling him a copy of what you have, you need to remove it from your computer or don't even be talking about it in the open forum. K?

Its deleted from my computer - the only thing I have is the activation data, which allows the demo to become the full game.

Activation data? You mean a serial code? There's no way to enter any code in the game so I assumed the full version would be a different application.

Do you have the demo already? If so go to preferences and then activate for something. Hold your house at the top of the screen while playing and then the OS 9 task bar should appear. I think its called "register" if you can find that then your good to go, I don't own the actual game anymore so I have no way of playing it. I just activated the demo when I did mine, I know that there is a way

I do have a menu item that says "Demo Version", but it's grayed out. Are you sure you didn't receive a full version of the game which had to also be activated with a key? Or maybe it's some bizarre problem that appears because I'm running it in classic.

Once you actually start the game (like your wandering around the landscape) then go the top and see if the task bar appears and has something along the lines of 'register'

I bought it from Freeverse, and was then given full copy of the game via a download link (which nolonger works), along with a password to unstuff the game and a registration code. So unless you buy a used copy from someone who can give you the full game, the code, and the password if the game is still stuffed, you are probably out of luck. I suggest you talk with Freeverse again, because not having "any copies left" is strange when it was a downloadable game.

I always back up my downloaded games, patches, and registration codes as soon as I get them, so it is possible that other people do, too, and you may be able to find someone who is willing to sell (or trade) you the game.
