Hello,
Hope everyone is well. I got board the other day and decided to experiment with CrossOver Games from CodeWeavers: http://www.codeweavers.com/about/
There are topics for Mac and Windows/Boot Camp gaming, but nothing for CrossOver or Wine. I would appreciate it if someone could start a new section to cover this.
I got interested in this after installing Steam and getting the demo of Men of War to work with only a few minor graphical glitches.
At any rate can someone please start a new section on this? It would be helpful if gamers could support one another with this type of gaming as an alternative to BootCamp/Windows.
Regards,
PoliSciGuy
P.S. I know that there are a few topics on this spread around the site, but I would like to see a dedicated section like Windows and say Mac Action has.
Thanks a bunch.

I think crossover gaming could go quite well into the categories existing, either "Windows on Mac" or just the appropriate subforum for the genre of game your playing

You could always create a specific thread for Crossover gaming, that could be a place where all of the chatter about it goes. We have similar threads going for PS3 gaming ("Keep the PS3?"), which is approaching 1000 posts. And then there's the movie thread, music thread, etc.
All of those threads are huge and contain information on one general topic

There already is an extensive thread on this subject. I have personally made some detailed noted on multiple games that I have tested in Crossover.
And I have pinned it. I forgot all about that thread... so now that makes this thread a duplicate and I'll have to lock it as opposed to merging it because it has no additional information found outside the original thread. Sorry for the confusion!
