Red Alert 3 gameplay settings

Hi - I'm having some trouble choosing the right settings for my mac to run Red Alert 3.
Was wondering if people could share their current settings for the best gameplay

I'm running.
MacbookPro
2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo
4 GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT (have option to use the 9400M)
Hard disc space 100GB+ free.
