And a link to the 3 MB PNG right here. I'll host it for a couple of weeks at the outside.

Enjoy!

bizarrely enough that's the same background Ive been using for the last week or so.
The sole difference being that mine has all the colours still in, as opposed to just the eyes. I prefer it with colour.

do you happen to know which mods? I use Adium currently and like it quite a bit, but i've never seen any mods to make it look like that!

You can get it looking pretty much like that just in the prefs.

-Set status icons to Gems
-Set window style to "group bubbles"
-Click "customize" by Color Theme, set the background colour to dark gray, partially transparent, uncheck Alternating Grid, under Status, set the colours to dark grey for offline, white for online, Set the Groups colour to white, uncheck Background
-Customize List Layout: Show User Icon left, Show Status Icons Far Right, Groups set font to Bank Gothic (might be another font, not sure).

There's probably more to tweak, but that pretty much does it.

IM, not buddy list. AFAIK they're a little less flexible.

This is the best I could do with the message windows - can't really get rid of the border with them:

This theme looks kinda promising if you customize the background - might be able to get rid of the image.

did you do that yourself, with the IM windows, Nobody?

Also, what Dock mod are you using? One of the ones that just replaces the files?

Dock mod? I'd say that's just the default look of the Dock when you place it at the left or right side of the screen.

ive never put it anywhere else; i'd find it intrusive over there... but i'd like to make the dock look like that down at the bottom.

Simple: open the Terminal and enter "defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean YES" and then "killall Dock" (without quotes).
