Pangea Software released a cool entertainment app called "The Finger" and it's really very fun to play around with. Great graphics!

Basically, it's a fully articulated 3D hand that you can pose and make animated sequences with. It comes with a bunch of pre-made animations (some really funny ones) and gestures including the complete American Sign Language alphabet. It's really cool. You can even type something out and have it generate it in spelled out sign language.
