Tactical ops crossfire problem Toc doesn't start up help please

Yesterday I had updated unreal tournament 2004 to the latest patch and have downloaded all the important toc files. Then I had installed the toc files and had launched toc. The application opened and so did the unreal tournament app and the screen blinked. After that nothing happened so I opened the force quit menu and it said unreal tournament was not responding. Please tell me how to solve the problem :unsure:

I do not really know much about this, but maybe you could re-install the UT and TOC stuff?
