Well, I'm wondering if it flirts with IMG's forum rules. Oh well. It has to do with unlocking a 2G iPhone for a T-Mobile sim card.

Thanks. The iPhone doesn't have a sim card, bought it from a friend who upgraded to the 3GS. Should I have my t-Mobile sim card in it? I've seen a trick about holding down the power button and home buttons to get iTunes to recognize it w/out a sim card. This is the only thing I need clarification on before getting started.

Sim doesn't matter you can have your t-mobile on in or non, just follow the instructions, should go through easy.
