I thought I would take shot at making youtube poops videos.. so I was wondering what would be a good freeware program that works on xp that has the option of fast forward, reverse video and audio.

Yeah, but it does not, as Ichigo has said, it is hardly an editor. By the way, I guess you could google free XP video editor or something.
