I just read about it tonight on Kotaku, although it seems like the game has been making its rounds on other sites a couple of months ago. Anyway, Team17 have been working on a new take on their Worms: Armageddon game which seems to be not far off its release on XBLA. At the same time, Team17 has stated that it'll come to PC/Mac at a later date as well. I really hope that's true. I love me a good 2d Worms game!

Oh, that'll be nice. I liked the 2D Worms much better than the 3D versions.

Yup, definitely far better. The idea works in 3D too, but the 2D has a particular simplicity to it that just plays soo much better.

A new (well, sort of) 2D Worms game coming to the Mac? Excuse me, I just need to find an envelope so I can post lots of money to Team17.

Worms Armageddon was totally the best Worms game, so I can't wait to get a Mac sequel.

I'm actually TOO good at both TMFPPG and Fable:TLC.
