So, in the last week or so, all threads only show a single post, and then a nested overview of the entire thread at the bottom. I haven't changed a single setting, so, is this something done on your end?

In the top right of your post (directly level with the topic title and above where it says "Post #1", theres a drop down menu called Options. Click it and at the bottom of the menu youve got three thread layout options, Outline Standard and Linear+. You want to switch it to Standard.

It happens to me when I link into the forums from google. I just clear all my cookies and authenticated sessions and all that good stuff and it goes back to normal. Teflon's way is waay better though.

Yeah my way is much less like just throwing all your toys out of the crib because they dont work how you want them too and then crying about it for days.
