I want to transfer some files onto my backup internal hard drive that I use in my homebuild. So I took it out of the homebuild and stuck it into the Mac Pro. To my dismay the permissions on the drive are read only and I can't find any way of changing them.
The hard drive has no important info on it, and is not my boot drive so I would like to get the stuff on there some how (music and movies in particular).
Any ideas?

I found a solution
go to this link and then follow the instructions
It allows me to read and write to both the hard drive I put in, as well as my boot camp disc. I assume any NTFS file system will work now.
