Many Aspyr Mac games were recently licensed by Russian "New Disc" company and published in Russia:

Also the report concern a PC game it seems that they have more business links.

Till now these games (as legal) were available in Russia only in a limited number of imported expensive Aspyr's boxes in a few stores and now they are reprinted here as OEM in much larger amount and got special lower regional price (it is usual distribution policy in Russia for any licensed games (PC and console)). Maybe it is some sort of exchange between Aspyr and ND (Aspyr's Mac titles for ND's PC titles).

Very interesting. I was visiting St. Petersburg in May and I didn't notice any for sale, nor any Macs either. Most games sold in shops were clearly homemade DVD-R's, especially PS2 and Xbox 360 games (they were actually RUSbox 360 games :D), except PC games which I believe were those official Russian jewel cases, quite cheap.
