Zap! Trying to remember the name of a game

(Is this topic in the wrong section? I dunno.)

To reiterate that lovely topic description, I'm trying to remember the name of a top-down, online space shooter. It looked something like Asteroids, but it had color, and was a bit prettier. The online was anything from team-based (with up to 4 teams, as I recall) CTF, king-of-the-hill, etc., to deathmatches. I don't really remember much about it beyond that and the fact that its name was something like "Zap!" Unfortunately, searching for Zap!, and variants of that has turned up no results. Help, please? ):
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
