Wolfenstein ET 2.60 B ETpro problems

well i got Enemy Territory 2.60B and each time i try to acces ETpro i get some error named: VM_create on UI Failed. ive tried to reinstall and get the latest versions but nothing helped. Ingame my friends see me connecting but then it says Acking downloadmode, Disconnected. I've been having this problem for some time already. Does anyone know how i can fix this problem? :happy:
