80% of the shuttering is gone, but you can still notice it on heavy map. I have to test now if the shadow in high rendering method are correct.
EDIT : High rendering method is working very well !
good news ! after months of waiting, Call of Duty 2 is playable !!

Color me surprised that 10.5.7 fixed this; I had no idea it was on Nvidia's TODO list. I don't know that I'm inclined to spend much more energy on this as the changes necessary to fix this from our end are fairly invasive - a near-rewrite of the vertex submission code.
What other issues do you want to see addressed for Call of Duty 2?

BUT, there are still a few kinks which could be worked out. The main one that I found was that if you dont have high quality graphics already set, you cant do it from the main menu system, because that will then result in a black screen until you delete the preferences file. So you need to enter a game first and then go to the menu and switch to high quality, at which point it reloads the map and puts you back in the game.
So it would still be quite nice to put 1.3 through a quick round of testing in 10.5.7 to see what little bugs still remain and then have a sit down to think about releasing a patch or not.
On the downside, I find that I really dont like this game any more. Id much rather play something that isnt a stepping stone between the excellent CoD 1 and CoD 4.

And it would appear that unless you do this every time youre going to load up the main menu to a black screen.
we still need a patch brad! pleeeeease!
