I just got the UB version of Halo updated to 2.0.3. Already had a little hunt through the forum here for bugs and while I've noticed the graphical glitches some users describe, the most annoying thing I'm encountering is invisible walls all over the place on the second level (the surface of the Halo). For all I know this is the only level this occurs on (didn't notice it on the Pillar of Autumn) but it's making it very frustrating to play. Supposedly open areas will have invisible walls, presumably polygon edges(?) that are impossible to move or shoot through at occasional intervals. Using grenades (that bounce back at you) and driving the warthog are especially frustrating... anyone else encounter this? Any solutions if so? I'm using a MacBook with the X3100 and 10.5.6.

is 2.0.3 the latest version of Halo? If so I'd play with your graphics settings. Try setting them on the ultimate lowest to see if the problem still exists. That way you can start eliminating some culprits

Gah, found it. It's something to do with pixel shaders. Plays fine without them on. That was really something I should have worked out on my own.
