Hi guys wondering if anyone would have more info on this. I want to get a blu ray drive for a new mac pro tower. will any of the blu ray drives out there,lg,pioneer ect... work with it and toast 10. i cant seem to find a list saying what toast supports officially. i would assume the drives are universal?

I believe that OSX has built in support for reading and writing BD within the finder since 10.5.2.
If you want to be extra safe though, I think a company called MCE or something has a specific to mac marketed BD drive, but I shouldnt think that would be necessary since itll just be rebranded from another manufacturer.
