C&C 3 Saved Games

I want to copy my C&C 3 saved games form my MacBook Pro to my MacPro. Can anyone tell me where the saved games are kept?

This would be much better suited to the strategy forum where it might answer other folks who have the same question and do a search. Moving it. :)
