So is this a native port? It mentions supporting the Radeon 9000, which was only available on PPC Macs, yet it still requires an Intel Mac. Ubisoft used Transgaming and Aspyr for previous CSI ports, but neither are mentioned here. It'd be great if Ubisoft is back at making Mac native games themselves.

No, it's Cider again. The game's already been available for some time at gametreeonline.com.

The only CSI game at GameTree is Hard Evidence, which was specifically promoted as a Cider game ported by Transgaming. This is a new game, CSI: NY, and only Ubisoft is mentioned so it's not clear if Transgaming or Cider is involved.

CSI:NY was ported to the Mac by Legacy Interactive. It doesn't use Cider.

Wow. I wonder why Ubisoft decided to switch away from Transgaming? Since it's a native port, I'll give the game a second look, if only to encourage native Mac games.
