I've read that cats only meow to people. The remainder of their vocalizations are directed at other things in their environment. That probably is why it suddenly changed to meowing when the cameraman showed up. Interesting sound though, wonder what had his attention.

I like her a lot better towards the end of the video than the beginning because it made me feel much more comfortable about shooting her in the head.
