The cat treadmill one was kinda funny, but I think the animation has won the day.

The Big Snit This became Simmons family meme in the 80's. It helps to be married to fully enjoy this cartoon.

That was a great find DaveyJJ, that must have taken a lot of time drawing all those pictures and combing them!

For Sunday, here are three I found funny, random, or interesting.

Halo(All I play-oh)...spoof of RHCP Snow(Hey Oh) and Halo
New Heineken Commercial...laughed so hard when I saw this last night during the basketball game
Star Wars' George Lucus Falls in Love...a must see classic spoof about how George Lucus thought up Star Wars

and finally...a dumb video(IMO): Windows Commercial...dumb

Hope you all enjoy!

The halo video was fantastic, the other ones were okay, nothing amazing. Then again that is just my opinion, how did everyone else find them?

Looks like they're resorting to bashing the Mac after wasting money on other adverts.

she got waaaay too excited about buying that really rather low end HP laptop. Sure, plenty of RAM and HDD space, but lame resolution, integrated graphics, ridiculously bulky etc. etc.

Ive never understood the point of going for a laptop which youll then have difficulty taking around with you either. 15" is really the biggest that will just about comfortably fit into a basic rucksack or "messenger" bag, with 17" only being useful if youre moving house or going on an extended trip. But even then its going to be damnably bulky, which is why Apple's laptops try to be as thin as possible. desktop replacements suck is my message. Better off getting something actually portable and an external screen.... or... a desktop.

"Im a PC, and I got just what I wanted."
yup, a sucky cheap "laptop".

it doesnt help that shes ginger either.
Polytetrafluoroethylene to my friends.

Macbook Pro - C2D 2.4Ghz / 4Gb RAM / WD Scorpio Black 320GB ( 255GB OSX v 42GB XP ) / Geforce 8600M GT 256Mb / 15.4"
Cube - G4 1.7Ghz 7448 / 1.5Gb RAM / Samsung Spinpoint 250GB / Geforce 6200 256Mb

We won! Apple offer the 17" with a matte screen! Well... at a price...

Plus, wouldn't the Macbook have a longer battery life?

Anyways: this is called for.

It's hard to get people to see these points, but having read that those HP 17" displays are ridiculously low (1440x900), and I hear-tell that they have bad viewing even when on-center (something I've seen in the 'cheap' versions of plenty of laptops).

I still liken Apple to being the BMW of the computer world... you can drive cheaper, and you can drive more expensive, but you'll have trouble driving 'better.'

But, with all of this hoopla... the iMac is actually cheaper... for the 24 inch!!! So, either a.) hardware is just getting MEGA cheap or b.) even Apple is feeling the economic crunch.

On the funny video thing... I laughed out loud when I saw this on YouTube: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=4pXfHLUlZf4
(I don't really watch TV, so I didn't see it on SNL)

I'm not sure if you guys have heard of Wimp.com, but they have a very nice selection of videos: Here's a really cool video showing how those vents on city sidewalks can be used in art: http://wimp.com/streetart/

Although not a video, I thought this would be a comical representation of the current stock market: http://www.businessp...tock-market.jpg
