SD Card Problem

Hi Guys
I have an SD CardHC that the lock button broke. I transferred the files to the mac. We have a regular SD card but when formatted its only 3.72 gb and the other card had 3.77 gb. Anyone know a program that can free up that space on the New regular SD Card? I have tried disk utility to no solution.

What filesystem type? What block size? That's probably about right if either of those differ.

it was in ms format. I ended up just burning the last few files on to dvd . THanks though!
