The computer in question is a MacBook Pro running OS 10.5.6 and Windows XP Pro.

I installed and used Input Remapper to control my fans on XP, and then disabled it because I was tired of having to hit fn+ctrl+alt+backspace at the log-in screen to enter my password.

Now when I try to log into Windows XP, it asks me to press ctrl+alt+delete, which I suddenly can't do anymore. I've tried every key combo I can think of and none of them work. If I hit spacebar or enter a help window pops up to show me where ctrl+alt+del are (on a Windows keyboard :P).

I need to find out what to do so I can log onto XP and make sure to disable the log-in screen. I do not have an extra USB keyboard, so I can't do that.

I asked this question on the Input Remapper forums, but no one seems to post there. Thanks in advance.

Vista has a disabled assistance / universal access menu where you can launch an on-screen keyboard and use the mouse to type in your login info. If XP has a similar feature that would get you in.

I ended up taking my laptop into one of my uni's computer labs and "borrowing" a keyboard so I could log in and disable the "ctrl+alt+del at login" dealio.

That was a huge pain in the arse.
