Get the word out!  Cliff Johnson is finally finishing up his sequel to The Fool's Errand:

I've tried emailing img with no response yet.  This was a classic Mac game and the sequel should become a classic as well!

Gosh it's been a while... Sold the Green Monster and the iPad for a truly amazing new beast.

Color me skeptical about the finishing up part. Cliff Johnson said back in May of 2008 that the game "was rounding the home stretch." A quick check via the link shows that the game (about 9 months after rounding the home stretch) was still rounding the home stretch. I have every faith that the game will come out eventually. Well, not really, but I felt like trying to be uplifting and optimistic! :P

In all fairness, it's not really much of a preorder if no money is changing hands, is it?  I mean, if I call up a restaurant and say "Yo, garēon, I'm thinking of moseying on over someday to get me some vittles, you hip with that?" I can't really say that I'm preordering dinner, can I?  (Not, mind you, that I'd ever utter such a ridiculous sentence.  How silly!  The last bit would be "you hep with that?", of course.)
