After careful reflection and due consideration, I've decided to part with two important items from my past life. No, not my children. My two treasured games - Deus Ex and Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri (which the cool kids call SMAC). Check them out on ebay (see below). Note they're both pre OSX (although someone here may know of a SMAC patch to OSX-ize it - anyone?).
Deus Ex

Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri
This is near mint and also includes the Prima Official Strategy Guide

Actually, now that I think about it, feel free to make an offer on the kids as well - a mint 1960's Mustang or a Corvette (any condition) would be a good opening bid.

Sorta kinda, cool that you caught the Star Trek half though. It is a Star Trek / Blues Brothers reference.

I got the Star Trek reference, I remember the show where there was a silver bikini-clad blond woman who had to teach Kirk how to fight - she was his drill-thrall. Then these disembodied brains would bet quatloos on the fights. A few days later (I was a young lad at the time) I realized there must be some connection between the thrall in drill-thrall and the thrall in the word enthralled. Thus started a lifetime of interest in etymology and silver bikini-clad blond women.

Right on. In the Blues Brothers half of the reference, Jake and Elwood are in a fancy restaurant trying to get the Maitre'De fired so that he would rejoin their band. They were making complete asses of themselves, eating off of peoples tables, stuffing food into their mouths, and at one point using an Arabic accent while offering to buy a little girl.
Because everything is jumbled up in my mind, this combination made perfect sense to me!
