Holy crap.
Well, I went into my account, clicked the button, and bammy, my account is re-activated until feb 28th.
Sad. Tabula Rasa had some of the best combat ever produced in an MMO. It was fast paced, very FPS-like, and simply had hordes of enemies to kill at a time, with all kinds of special abilities you trained up. Its just everything else about the game lacked. Crafting was crap. Guilds were crap. Community tools were crap. And no end-game content that you could repeat easily or at all. Basically when you maxed the level on your character, you just turned around and started a new one.
Sad to see it go. Had so much potential.

Hehe, glad to hear about at least one person who tried it out. A friend of mine also played it for a few weeks, and it seemed like he liked it. But he definately lost interest to WOW.

so what happens after feb?
The game dies a death?
Avp2 was almost killed when Serria shut down the master game servers, but now people made the savior mod, so you dont need a master server.
When this game dies, cant people set up a private dedicated server and people can still play?

Avp2 was far from an MMORPG that has thousands of players in the same areas at once. No one will want to bother due to the costs of running it 'for free'. Cause no one will pay for the game if its not hosted officially.
