Hey all.

One of the greatest games I ever played , AVP2 has been dumped by Sierra. They killed the Main servers, so no one could play multiplayer anymore.

In 2007, parent company Vivendi Games merged with Activision to create Activision Blizzard. While the Sierra branding still exists, currently there are no mentions of returning to pre-2004 Sierra IPs. As for the list of servers going offline NOV 1 2008, here they are:

Even to this day, AVP2 game play and graphics is still one of the best of all time.

im currently playing it on an 8 core early 2008 macpro, running bootcamp and vista 32 bit. Works great. Much thanks to those who saved the game!
