Hello! Well, the game has slipped away over the years and the demo looks to be unbelievably hard to find (if it can be found at all). I work with the original developer, Paolo Cattani, on the newer VGP3 engine and the new Mac game "Auto Sport Driving". Both games use a VERY MUCH updated version of the VGP2 engine. OK, the physics barely resemble the VGP2 engine physics. If he can find his original copy of the demo, or if he allows me to host my copy, I will do so.

If you ever find the game to buy (which I think may be impossible), you can download the track and car updates I finished from my VGP2 site HERE. This site is old now and I have done no updating since 2008. Big Fish games used to have the full game for purchase after VPLTD stopped selling it, but they no longer have it either.

Thanks, VGP3 does not work on my G4 1.42 Dual PPC/ 9800XT 256mB/ 2GB ram/ 10.5.8
When the app is run, it just goes to a black screen and I have to force quit.

I found demo VGP 2 v1 but it's buggy with 10.5.8 and the steering wheel does not work.
The latest I found was v1.5a
Like to use it with the VGP2 HD version tracks and cars, looks like a lot of great work on your site.

Did not find auto sport driving to work with the older ppc units like mine.

Hey Pat, I also got your email and will reply there too with more info. Unfortunately, VGP3 will not run on your machine well, if at all. Also, Auto Sport Driving is only an intel Mac game right now, though I have given a lot of thought to cutting it down graphically a bit and releasing a PPC version for older Macs. I still play a crapload of games on my G5 Quad. Auto Sport Drivings content was created mostly on my G5 Quad.

On to VGP2. Well, I have some good news and bad news....

Good news, I can get you a demo and an updated one at that.
Bad news, it will take a couple of days as I have a conference this week and will not be able to build the demo until I get back.
