You have!  You have!  Don't try to deny it!!  And don't try to pull the old "that was the other teflon" routine because I'm on to that too!  I'm watching you!  Haggis, indeed!

Ok, so I have, but this was (until you jumped in the boat like a great big dirty hairy smelly ape!) for a new audience which obviously hadnt seen my previous telling of how to catch a haggis.

and how comes just cos I tell the same 100% factual story twice its suddenly "a lie" and "its all part of a big conspiracy"?

'Cause as you just admitted, you're trying to sell it to a new audience since the old one didn't buy it.  I'm sure the evil crumpets are behind this somehow....

I said nothing about selling or blagging or conning or anything else of the sort. Nor did the old audience object to my then less detailed analysis of the process. the new audience was Sneaky Snake, who quite obviously didnt know how to catch a haggis. So I told him how.

nowhere have I ever even vaguely hinted that Im telling an untruth.

and Im not!

BTW, it does seem like quite a coincidence that both time Ive explained this process to someone has been in the thread devoted to the new moderatorship of a forum member...

I know that there is something funny in here about pulling my finger each time I stick it out even when I'm only pointing at the Waffle House so that you'll stop the car for a food & piss break, but I can't think of it.

The Haggis Conspiracy did make it into the title after all!  I think teflon is being passive-aggressive about not having been selected as a moderator.  When the call went out for A Few Good Men, I purposefully left out A Few Good Haggis Wranglers.  It's been eating at him from the inside out ever since.

The more you deny it, the more we know you're hiding something!  I accept that your story is somewhat more believable than the "official" definition of haggis being made from sheep offal (yeah right, as if anyone would ever eat that!), but something about it just doesn't ring true....

sheep's gut?
no no... nothing to do with that there...

if you wanted I could go into more detail about how they then transform the captured and killed haggis into the form you buy in the shops...

Hmm, as a new guy, (well newer) why have you talked about haggis before and why has teflon said it was the "other" teflon?

tBC mentioned the Great Haggis Wars of 1789 when Scotland tried to expand its borders further south in order to encompass greater Haggis hunting grounds. So I recounted how you catch a haggis.

As for me laying the blame on the "other" me, that never ever happened. Its all Eric's cunning web of self deceiving lies which I can only assume he is creating in order to discredit me. I have no idea why, however, perhaps hes bitter about losing the key to the moderator's panel and taking it out on me? who knows.

Simply, I never claimed that the previous recounting of the haggis hunting process was down to an imposter. I stand by what I said then, and I stand by what I say now.

Eric's just got it in for me...  :glare:

You have a point there... Perhaps, Teflon=Evil, thus Teflon=HAGGIS!
